   I was told about this item from a workmate as he has a bad back, I decided to buy it for my wife as she has got a very painfull shoulder and neck and when using the massager she says the pain is almost removed and shes not felt this good for years, so i would recommend this item for any person who suffers aches and pains.

   I ordered this almost two weeks ago. The courier claimed to have attempted delivery but did not and left no card. I called Amazon and got this robotic voice who without so much as an apology arranged another delivery date where I would have the pleasure of waiting in for another 12 hours – I wanted the item so accepted it. well lo and behold I waited in another 12 hours and it still has not arrived. Amazon’s response…. another robotic voice identical to the first who’s solution was to arrange another 12 hour wait for me. When I objected they asked for another chance and tried to stonewall me when I asked for a refund. When I insisted on a refund they insisted that it would take 3 days for the bank to process it – I am sure most of us know that the banks do not work like that and if you ask them to make a same day transfer they will do it…. it costs a little more but I figures that as a longstanding customer of Amazon they may take the view that it would be worth it for customer satisfaction. The robotic voice then changed the story to it being Amazon that takes 3 days to process the refund.

   So there we are…. it never takes them 3 days to take the money form our accounts does it? so why should we have to wait three days for a refund?

   I liked this product. There are 2 settings, high or low, which is good if you want to use it on tender areas.

   It is well designed – the 2 nodules are just far enough apart for you to be able to roll it down your spine and have a nice massage either side of the spine.

   Although not recommended by the manufacturer I found it great to use it to massage my face by using just one nodule. It really eased sinusitis discomfort.

   The only downsides are that for the heat function you have to have it switched on for about 5 mins to heat up, it is fairly heavy and a little bit noisy.

   I love my massager so much and my girlfriends did too so I bought them one also as a gift. I just love that after a hard training session my legs feel great and I’m ready for my next session

   It’s a very good purchase, the massage is really relaxing and with the heat is very healthy.
